Just you need to register in their websites and choose their free packages and start creating your own websites. You can do it in just a few minutes.

For more information there are also the websites particularly designed to provide the facility of creating your own social networking sites. Yes you can create a free social networking websites like facebook,twitter,myspace,etc. Some sites that provides you such services are:
